You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the shipper to return. However, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 working days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 working days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 working days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Please give us enough clear evidence to show the faulty of the item quality itself. We DO NOT accept the following faulty:
1. Item damaged by buyers due to improper usage.
2. Items more than 15 days after delivery.
We will dispatch your order within 1-2 days once we confirm your payment. We do not process your order on Sunday or public holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. Most shipped packages are delivered within 3-5 business days from the day they are shipped.
2.Receipt of Order
Please do not sign the package until you check all the items carefully. In case the package was damaged obviously when arrived, please deny the parcel and contact us immediately. Please note that we do not accept any return of the package without contacting us. Besides, it’s buyers responsibility to pay for customs duty or import tax.
Our QC department will check the quality of each item carefully before packing & dispatching. We guarantee our products will be of the highest quality available. All dresses are well packed with dust bags. Please kindly understand a slight size difference and color difference are not quality problems.
We can dispatch items to virtually any address in the world. However, warranty issues, manufacturer restrictions or customs laws prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations.
